Delivery

UK Shipping

I offer free UK delivery on all orders. Items are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class. There is also an option to pay to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class.

International Shipping

This includes any country outside the UK. Items are posted Royal Mail International Standard. I’m sorry but I am not responsible for any taxes or customs charges you might incur (this especially applies to any EU countries after Brexit).

Dispatch Time

It’s just me preparing and posting your orders so please be patient but I aim to dispatch greeting cards and prints (excluding pom pom prints) within 2-3 working days. I currently post items on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays which is in keeping with my dispatch time. For pom pom prints, please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch as these are handmade to order. For custom pet portraits please allow up to 5 working days for me to draw your portrait and +1 working day for dispatch. I’ll be in touch if any of this is different for your order.

 

Returns

In the (hopefully) unlikely event that you need to make a return, please follow the instructions below.

Requesting a Refund/Return

You may request a refund by emailing bamberprints@gmail.com within 14 working days of completing your order. Depending on your bank and original payment method, refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to bamberprints@gmail.com with order details. If I have not yet dispatched your order, I can cancel and start the refund process straight away.

How to Return an Item

Please try and return the item in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is incorrect or faulty) and I advise returning items via a tracked method as lost returns cannot be refunded.

Non-refundable Items

  • Custom Work cannot be refunded, however, I send a preview of the portrait before posting, to make sure you are happy with it!
  • Sale or Seconds items cannot be refunded.
